Nagpur: Nagpur rural police and Regional Transport Office (rural) claimed to have busted a racket of fake driving licence by arresting one Nawab Jamir Baig, a resident of Mouda, on Monday. The joint team of police and RTO also seized a computer, printer, photo paper, eight fake driving licences, and material being used to print licences and other materials worth Rs 65,040.
Assistant motor vehicle inspector Amit Karad said the raid was carried out after a citizen tipped off the Mouda police that Baig, who runs a photo studio in the city, used to prepare fake driving licence. Subsequently, the police along with a team of rural RTO laid a trap and on Monday raided Baig’s studio.

NEW DELHI: India might not resume major exports of coronavirus vaccines until at least October as it diverts COVID-19 jabs for domestic use, three government sources said, Geo News reported.
India’s daily coronavirus cases rose by 267,174 on Wednesday, while record 4,525 new deaths were reported. India’s total coronavirus infections are now at 25.495 million, while total fatalities rose to 283,276.
This is a longer-than-expected delay set to worsen supply shortages from the global COVAX initiative. The Serum Institute of India (SII), the world s biggest vaccine maker producing the AstraZeneca vaccine, responded by saying that it hoped to restart deliveries to COVAX and other countries by the end of this year. We would like to reiterate that we have never exported vaccines at the cost of the people of India and remain committed to do everything we can in the support of the vaccination drive in the country, SII said in a statement.

This is being explained away as a joke, but the President of the United States told a reporter he wouldn t answer her question about Israel unless you got in front of the car and I step on it.
Biden then puts his political smile and says, I m teasing.
The media is conveniently ignoring this.
Instead, they are doing their best to make President Biden look cool behind Ford s F150 electric truck. Come on, man. As we were told for the past four years the President s words matter.
The Great Flood of 2016 is, perhaps, forever the benchmark rain event for southeast Louisiana. However, for a few locations in southern East Baton Rouge and northern Ascension parishes, May 18, 2021 set new high water marks. Bayou Fountain and Dawson Creek had record crests. Some other United States Geological Survey gauges missed 2016 levels by mere feet.
Marketline Report for Wednesday, May 19th
Wednesday May 19th, 2021 This is Bob Larson with the Market Line Report for Wednesday, May 19th. Corn planting reaches near record levels, but still off slightly. From the floor of the CME in Chicago, here’s Scott Shellady.
SHELLADY … “First of all, let’s get the planting numbers out of the way. Corn planting are 80% complete. I mean, we were looking for around 84%, but still that’s close to a record pace. I think emergence may be a concern in many areas in the south and eastern Corn Belt but the wetness is now starting to creep in a little bit and I think maybe that could of maybe stemmed the tide a little bit today, no pun intended. I mean, we were up about a percent today, six and a bit, pennies. Just keep in mind that we’re off to a record, close to a record start but I think that right now we also do have some wetness concerns.”
